Various standard and non-standard wire inserts manufactured by
our company are a kind of new fastener, and also a kind of spring
formed part with the concentric internal and external screw thread
mainly made with stainless steel with high precision and rhombic
section through precision finishing. They consist of ordinary type
and locking type. When they are driven into low-strength base, for
example, engineering plastics, non-ferrous metal and cast iron,
they can form standard 6H screwed holes. Screw pair formed have
performances of high connecting strength, shock-resistance, wear-resistance
and base screw protection and the service life of the base is hence
improved doubly. In addition, steel thread inserts can repair screw
hole of base damaged to recover its normal function and prolong
the service life of the complete machine. Our company also provides
special screw tap and mounting tool.
